The Fishing Report

Flows are good and the fishing is good

FLOWS--Flows are at 500 cfs and the water has about 2-3 ft. visibility

CONDITIONS-- good

HATCHES - Midges and Baetis,

FLIES -
Big Mac Pupa size 22 blk, brown, gray
Baetis Nymphs size 22
Red and orange larva size 20-22
Red Hots and OJ's size 20
Egg flies size 20-22 cream, pinks and yellows.
San Juan worms chammy leeches size 16
Various streamers size 4-10, olive ,brn, blk

FISHING CONDITIONS - Flows are good and the fishing is good. The river below Texas hole to Simon Canyon is fishing good with eggs, worms, larva and some baetis and pupa patterns. Upper Flats to the dam is fishing good with eggs, larva and some streamers.

14-DAY FORECAST - Winter fishing has been great and we have been getting pleasant weather. Water conditions are not bad and the hatches are getting better. Come see why the San Juan is the hottest fishing in the Southwest!
